How do I track my order? Plus
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a separate email providing you with a tracking number to track your order.* Sometimes this email gets sorted into spam or promotions folders, so be sure to take a look in there if it feels like you’ve been waiting a little too long.
*Please note that sometimes tracking can take a day or two to be updated by the carrier. If it looks like it's not moving, chances are it's on its way!

Why did my Credit Card payment fail? Plus

My order never arrived, what should I do? Plus

If the tracking information of your package shows that it has been successfully delivered, please check your mailbox or front door first. Sometimes the post office staff will place your package directly. If you still can't find your package, please email us.
If the tracking information of your package has not been updated for a long time or shows that the transportation has failed, please contact us directly. We will get the details from the logistics company and then expedite or resend the package for you according to the situation.
